RustFind Discord App Terms of Service

Effective date: June 22, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the RustFind Discord app and bot features, including Discord raid alerts, Discord channel alerts, bot commands, announcements, rules posting, and optional auto-role features.

Use of the app

You may use the RustFind Discord app only in compliance with these Terms, Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. You are responsible for how you configure and use RustFind in your Discord server and RustFind account.

Server installation and permissions

Server owners or members with the required Discord permissions may invite RustFind to a Discord server. You are responsible for granting only the permissions needed for your use case. RustFind may need permissions such as View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, and application command access. Optional role automation may require Manage Roles.

Alerts and delivery

RustFind may send alert messages based on Rust+ events, server settings, and user configuration. Alerts are provided for convenience and may be delayed, blocked, duplicated, incomplete, or unavailable due to Discord, Rust+, hosting, network, configuration, or user privacy settings. RustFind does not guarantee alert delivery or uptime.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RustFind to:

• Spam, harass, threaten, or abuse Discord users or communities.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or mass pings.
• Violate Discord's rules, RustFind's rules, or applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass Discord permissions, rate limits, or security controls.
• Interfere with RustFind, Discord, Rust+, or any related service.

Configuration responsibility

You are responsible for verifying alert channels, linked Discord IDs, role settings, and bot permissions. If a Discord user has disabled DMs from server members, RustFind may be unable to send that user direct messages.

Privacy

RustFind's handling of Discord app data is described in the RustFind Discord App Privacy Policy.

Changes and termination

RustFind may change, suspend, or discontinue Discord app features at any time. RustFind may restrict or terminate access if the app is misused, creates security or abuse risk, violates these Terms, or violates Discord's rules.

Disclaimers

RustFind is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. RustFind is not responsible for losses, missed alerts, gameplay outcomes, Discord outages, Rust+ issues, configuration mistakes, or third-party service behavior.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RustFind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost gameplay progress, or missed notifications arising from use of the Discord app.
